This sake is made by partly using sake in stead of water during the fermentation process and is aged for a long period. Its color is amber and its taste is deeply sweet.
It was used as the dessert sake at the banquet of TICAD7 (The Seventh Tokyo International Conference on African Development) in Yokohama in 2019, which was hosted by Mr. Abe, Prime Minister of Japan.
This sake is recommended to be enjoyed at various temperatures.
